You grant Boob Design AB (corporate ID 556554-1025), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use all images that you have replied to with #yesboobdesign, hereinafter referred to as "images", in its marketing and / or advertising, including our websites, newsletters, social medias, e-mails, social ads and other customer communications and marketing communications.
You hereby certify and warrant that (i) you own all rights to your images, (ii) you have obtained permission from any and all persons appearing in your images to assign the rights herein, and (iii) the use of your images by Boob Design will not violate the rights of any third party or violate any law.
You hereby release Boob Design AB from all obligations to pay for the use of your images and for the intellectual property rights thereof in connection with the above described uses and hereby you release and agree to keep Boob Design and all persons who shop at Boob Design's indemnity for any and all claims, claims and liabilities, regardless of nature, in connection with the use of the images as described above.
